Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched are not eligible for a refund.
If a service is delayed or a technician is unavailable, customers may request either a reschedule or a full refund.
Submit refund requests by email to info@thevantigo.com with complete booking details.
Approved refunds will be credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.
The Vantigo is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Services that have already been provided or completed cannot be refunded.
Installations or services involving replacement of parts/accessories are non-refundable.
Promotional or discounted services are not eligible for refunds.
If only part of a service is completed due to unforeseen issues, a partial refund may be issued at The Vantigo’s discretion.
