Cancellation & Refund Policy – The Vantigo

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Customers may cancel service requests up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched are not eligible for a refund.

  • If a service is delayed or a technician is unavailable, customers may request either a reschedule or a full refund.


2. Refund Process

  • Submit refund requests by email to info@thevantigo.com with complete booking details.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.

  • The Vantigo is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.


3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that have already been provided or completed cannot be refunded.

  • Installations or services involving replacement of parts/accessories are non-refundable.

  • Promotional or discounted services are not eligible for refunds.


4. Partial Refunds

  • If only part of a service is completed due to unforeseen issues, a partial refund may be issued at The Vantigo’s discretion.
